Optimization Analysis of Process Flow in Meat Food Traceability System

Abstract: As effective methods of quality security management, traceability system for meat food is increasing the attention of consumers, domestic and foreign agencies. This paper studied the information flow of quality security in different methods of production, analyzed the risk factors and characterization tokens of the quality security of meat food, summed up the models and rules of risk spreading, established a traceability network optimization model of the quality security for meat food, and determined the accuracy and width of traceability system.
