Abstract: Objective:To study the supercritical CO2 fluid extraction conditions of 10-deacetyl baccatin Ⅲ(10-DBA Ⅲ) from Taxus chinensis with ethanol as entrainer . Methods:Effects of extraction time, pressure, temperature and entrainer amount on extraction quantity of 10-DBA Ⅲ,and they were optimized by orthogonal test. Results:The optimal extraction conditions of 10-DAB Ⅲ are as follows:extract temperature 50 ℃,pressure 20 MPa,time 150 minutes and amount of ethanol 20 ml/200 g material. The maximum extraction rate of 10-DBA Ⅲ is 443.342μg/g.
