Abstract: In the use of China national standard Determination of malachite green and gentian violet residues in fishery products-high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector(GB/T20361-2006),the problems concerning pretreatment, purification and detection were analyzed. The reduction effect of KBH4 was studied. Centrifugation was adopted for separation instead of separatory funnel in liquid-liquid extraction process. Meanwhile some corresponding operations were simplified. The determination results of tilapia, shrimp and eel by the improved method showed that the recoveries range from 80.7% to 109.8% with the relative standard deviations(RSD) from 0.967% to 9.169%.
