Abstract: Basically,the quality and safety standard system of agricultural product has been established,owing to the efforts made during all these years. But there are still some problems in the system. It should to be more scientific,more concerted and more practical. After the Law of the People’s Republlc of China on Quality and Safety of Agricultural Product and ather related regulations were enacted,the concertedness between the quality and safety standard system of agricultural product and relevant law system has to be paid more attention. In this paper,according to the laws,how to establish and perfect the quality and safety standard system of agricultural product is discussed on the basis of the fundamental of standardization. And some suggestions are put forward in order to perfect the system.
