Advance in Methods of Separation and Purification of Lactobacillus Exopolysaccharides

Abstract: In this paper,the methods of separation and purification of Lactobacillus exopolysaccharides were analyzed and researched. The merit and demerit of these methods were investigated to prepare high purity product for the identification of chemical structure and functions test. Only with pure product,the further research of molecular structure,physiological functions and molecular mechanism can be achieved.
