Exposure Estimate and Cumulative Exposure Estimate on Pesticide Residues from Dietary

Abstract:  Food safety is a hot topic concerned by all stakeholders, has a significant effect on consumer’s health and international trade. The pesticide residues are more concerned by consumer, carrying out exposure estimate for pesticide residue from dietary is most important for food safety and quality control in China. The relationship between MRLs(maximum residue limits) and ADI(acceptable of daily intake) was discussed in this paper. The model of exposure estimate and cumulative exposure were also illuminated, and some advices were given for pesticide residues exposure from dietary.
