Abstract: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercitrin in Urtica. Methods: The analysis was performed on C18 column (150mm×416mm, 5μm), the mobile phase was MeOH-0.2% H3PO4 (50:50) with a flow rate at 1.0ml/min and wavelength at 360 nm under room temperature. Results: There was a good linear relationship when the sample size of quercitrin was at a range of 0.40~2.00μg (r=0.9996), and the recovery was 96.88% with RSD at 1.68%. Conclusion: This method is simple, stable, fast, and reproducible and without the interference of impurity. It can be used for the content determination of quercitrin inU rtica.
