Study on Immunoregulating Effect of Lactoferrin

Abstract: Objective:To study the regulating function of immunity for lactoferrin.Methods:M TT method was used to observed the influence of lactoferrin on the lymphoproliferation activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells and spleen cells and rat’s hind paw edema induced by carrageenan were used to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of it.Result:Lf can inhibit the growth of lymphocytes T,B-cell and the effet depend on dose.Furthermore,Lf exerts a definite anti-inflammatory effect on mice.
