Study on Microwave-assisted Extraction Technology of Polysaccharides from Fruits of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem

Abstract: The microwave-assisted extraction technology of polysaccharides from fruits of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem. was optimized by using single factor and orthogonal tests. The optimal extraction conditions are determined as follows: liquid-solid ratio 1:30 (g/ml),microwave power middle-high,and time 150s. Under the above conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides is 2.72%.
