Application of Modern Electrostatic Technology in Processing of Food and Agricultural Products

Abstract: This paper summarized the application of modern electrostatic technology in processing of food and agricultural products,such as killing bacteria in soy sauce,food and agricultural products,mutagenizing Saccharomycete cerevisiae electrostatic coating technology uesd in processing of food,and keeping food and agricultural products fresh.Meanwhile,some proposals were proposed on the application of modern electrostatic technology.
