Study on Assaying Ginsenosides in Wine by RP-HPLC

Abstract: This paper proposed a method for assaying three ginsenosides in wine by RP-HPLC.Rg1、Re and Rbl could be separated on symmetry C18 column.with gradient elution of CH3CN-0.2%H3PO4 at a flow-rate of 1.0ml/min and then assayed at UV 203nm ,with the colum temperature 35℃.This method was simple,rapid and accurate and had a very good separation, The recoveries were above 95%.
