Review on Study and Application of the Deoxidants

Abstract: The deoxidants are used to eliminate the oxygen in the package and to prolong the shelf life of the products,they have been widely used in the food industry.Some effects and mechanisms of several kinds of deoxidants are reviewed in this paper.
