欧盟消费者膳食暴露风险评估策略及在我国的适用性

摘要:

风险评估于20 世纪90 年代初期在农产品及食品安全领域得到公认及应用。本文总结了当前欧盟在消费者膳食暴露风险评估方面的现状和进展,包括消费者膳食暴露风险评估的原理、基础、方法及模型现状;概括了欧盟在开展消费者膳食暴露风险评估工作时对化学物质残留浓度、食物消费量、消费者体重以及毒物学参考值的数据收集与统计情况;介绍了两种用于消费者膳食暴露的风险评估模型——比利时POCER 模型和英国Consumer 模型;鉴于当前我国在消费者膳食暴露风险评估方面的研究进展,综述了两模型在我国的适用性。欧盟在消费者膳食暴露风险评估方面的研究成果对我国该方面工作的开展具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract:

Risk assessment has received recognition and applications in the field of agro-products and food safety in the early 1990s. In this paper, current situations and advances about EU consumer dietary exposure risk assessment were summed up, involving the principle, foundation, measures and mathematical modeling of consumer dietary exposure risk assessment. Some information in the course of developing consumer dietary exposure risk assessment were generalized , such as, the data collection and statistic methods of chemical substance residue concentration, food consumption, body weight and toxicological reference value. POCER model in Belgium and Consumer model in UK that were used for assessing consumer dietary exposure risk were introduced. Considering the current research advances of consumer dietary exposure risk assessment in China, the feasibility of two assessment models mentioned above was summarized. Research achievements of EU relating to consumer dietary exposure risk assessment are provided with significant instruction meanings to future research carried on in China.
