人参与胡萝卜混合培养物的代谢产物研究

Study on Metabolite of Suspension Co-culture with Panax ginseng and Daucus carota

摘要: 本实验对人参(Panax ginseng)和胡萝卜(Daucus carota)两种植物组织进行悬浮混合培养,筛选出悬浮混合培养的最佳培养基。同时对人参愈伤组织、胡萝卜愈伤组织及其混合培养物的代谢产物进行了研究。结果表明,人参与胡萝卜悬浮混合培养的最佳基质为MS、2,4-D2mg/L、NAA1mg/L、KT0.2mg/L,在培养25d时混合培养物的多糖含量达到最高,浓度达到0.203mg/g,混合培养物的皂苷含量为1.85mg/g,比人参悬浮培养物皂苷含量高出3.35%。

Abstract: Panax ginseng and Daucus carota plant tissues were co-cultured by suspension way, and the best medium for suspension co-culture was screened in this study. Meanwhile metabolites of Panax ginseng and Daucus carota and their co-culture plant tissues were assayed respectively. The results indicated the best medium for supension co-culture with Daucus carota and Daucus carota is MS, 2,4-D 2 mg/L, NAA 1 mg/L and KT 0.2 mg/L, after 25 d the polysaccharide content of co-culture reaches the highest level 0.203 mg/g, and the saponin content of co-culture is 1.85 mg/g, higher 3.35% than saponin of Panax ginseng culture.
