摘要: 藻蓝蛋白在食品、化妆品及医学研究等领域有着广泛应用,螺旋藻中藻蓝蛋白的含量丰富。本文综述了国内外螺旋藻中藻蓝蛋白的规模化提取和纯化技术的研究进展,总结了螺旋藻藻蓝蛋白生产存在的问题,展望了藻蓝蛋白规模化生产的前景。

Abstract: Phycocyanin has wide applications in food, cosmetics and medicine areas. There are large amount phycocyanin in Spirulinda. This review gives the progress of extraction and purification technologies of phycocyanin from Spirulinda, summarizes the problems in phycocyanin production from Spirulinda and looks forward to the future of large-scale production of phycocyanin.
