制备溶致液晶模板分离纯化天然色素分子的机理探讨

摘要: 制备溶致液晶模板对天然色素分子进行分离纯化,避免了样品的前期提纯过程,对粗提物纯度要求不是很高,甚至可以通过不同色素分子在溶致液晶模板中形成的不同液晶织构,靶向的分离纯化所需色素分子或去除杂质分子。该方法是一种高收率、低成本、操作安全、适于天然色素工业化生产的新型分离纯化技术。本文通过对不同溶致液晶织构形式的讨论,提出了可以制备溶致液晶模板对天然色素分子进行分离纯化的新型分离技术,同时还提出了该技术可能的机理假设:化学反应模板理论、液晶织构翻转物理吸附理论。

Abstract: Preparation of the lyotropic liquid crystal template for separating and purifying natural pigment member could avoid the depuration process of samples.The request for the samples was not of a superior grade.Through the different pigment member formed different liquid crystal textures under the lyotropic liquid crystal template,natural pigment members could be separated and purified or impurities eliminated directionally.This method is one kind of high efficiency,low cost,safe operation and is a new separation purification technology suitable for the natural pigment industrialization production.This article discussed different liquid crystal textures,brought up suitable mechanism hypothesis(chemical reaction template theory and liquid crystal composition transformation physics adsorption theory)for this technology.
