摘要: 免疫微球技术近年来发展非常迅速,已大量应用于食品安全领域。本文介绍了免疫微球的性质、特点、发展及免疫微球在食品安全检测中的应用。

Abstract: The immunomicrosphere technology, which has developed rapidly in recent years, has been plentifully used in food safety field. The article introduced the immunomicrosphere on its nature, characteristic, development, and the application in detection of food safety.
