狼牙刺种子油脂肪酸成分的研究

摘要: 采用乙醚抽提狼牙刺种子油,然后将油样进行甲酯化,以毛细管色谱-质谱连用法(GC/MS)测定狼牙刺种子油中的组分,从分离的50个峰中确认了26种组分,所鉴定的组分占总峰面积的97.50%。主要脂肪酸棕榈酸(C16H31O2)、亚油酸(C18H31O2)、油酸(C18H33O2)、硬脂酸(C18H35O2)的相对含量分别为13.741%、68.859%、9.047%、4.148%。4种不饱和脂肪酸和17种饱和脂肪酸相对总含量分别为77.96%、20.40%。奇数碳原子脂肪酸和5种甾醇未见报道。

Abstract: In this paper, Sophora viciifolia seed oil was extrcted with ether. Hydrolyzed and esterified with potassium hydroxide and methanol.Afrter esterification the oil was determined by means of GC-MS More than50 peaks were separated and twenty-six components representing 97.50% of the oil were identified. The main fatty acid, Palmitic acid, Linoleic acid, Oleic acid, Stearic acid relative contents were respectively 13.741%, 68.859%, 9.047% and 4.148%. Four kinds of unsaturated fatty acid relative content is total 77.96%, seventeen kinds of saturated fatty acid relative content is total 20.40%. There are no reported about oddnumber carbonatomy acid and five kinds of phytosterol.
