摘要: 研究冰核蛋白的结构及具有冰核活性的特性,对于该蛋白质的开发应用具有重大意义。本文主要针对国内外对冰核蛋白的结构特别是其高级结构的研究以及冰核蛋白的高级结构的推测等方面进行了较为系统的论述。最后还对其特有的生物学功能所展现出的结构特征作了一下论述。

Abstract: It is significant for the exploitation of the ice nucleation proteins(INPs)on the structure of the INP and the characteristics of forming the ice-nucleation.A systemic introduction is made on the researches on the structure of the INPs especially the three dimensional structure and the prediction of the three dimensional structure of the INPs.In the end,the structure characteristics with the presence of biotical activities required are also discussed.
