红曲霉发酵产物抗疲劳作用的研究

摘要: 用红曲霉发酵产物喂养小白鼠,结果表明:红曲霉菌丝体及发酵液可抑制小鼠过度肥胖,并能提高小白鼠游泳耐受能力,缺氧耐受力;游泳后血糖值低于对照组,说明红曲霉及其发酵产物是很有价值的保健食品。

Abstract:  Fed mice with the product of monasucs fermenting. It shows that the monascus mycelium and ferment fluid inhibit mice’s copulence and also improre their swimming and oxygen lacking endurance contrasted with contrasting class, their decrease of blood sugar after swimming experiment was less than the contrasting class. It means that the products of monascus mycelium and ferment fluid are healthy food of high value.
