薯蓣皂苷抗癌机制研究进展

Progress research on anticancer mechanism of dioscin

摘要: 薯蓣皂苷是一种天然的甾体皂苷,由薯蓣皂苷元、葡萄糖和鼠李糖构成,其分子式为C45H72O16,相对分子质量为869.08,主要存在于薯蓣科、蔷薇科、石竹科等植物的根茎中。研究表明,薯蓣皂苷具有良好的抗癌活性。薯蓣皂苷可通过参与线粒体途径和死亡受体途径、对活性氧的调控、B淋巴细胞瘤-2基因家族的调控、细胞周期的调控、对信号通路的作用、相关酶类的调节及细胞分化诱导等方面诱导细胞凋亡,从而起到抗癌作用。此外,本文还从逆转多药耐药性、抗炎症作用、基质金属蛋白酶的表达、对表皮生长因子的影响及抑制血管生成等方面阐述薯蓣皂苷的抗癌作用机制,最后对其应用发展前景进行展望,以期为薯蓣皂苷作为抗癌药物的开发提供理依据。

Abstract: Dioscin is a natural steroidal saponins, consisting of diosgenin, glucose and rhamnose. The molecular formula and molecular weight of dioscin are C45H72O16 and 869.08, respectively. Dioscin mainly exists in the rhizome of Dioscorea opposita, Rosaceae, Caryophyllaceae plants. Research shows that diosgenin has good anticancer activity. Dioscin can induce cell apoptosis to play antitumor activity by participating in the mitochondrial pathway and the death receptor pathway, regulation of reactive oxygen species and B-cell Lymphoma 2 gene family, cell cycle regulation, the role of signaling pathways, adjustment of related enzymes and cell differentiation induction. In addition, this paper reviews the anticancer mechanism of dioscin from the reversal of multi-drug resistance, anti-inflammatory effect, expression of matrix metalloproteinases, effect of epidermal growth factor and inhibition of angiogenesis. This article will provide a theoretical reference for the development of dioscin as anticancer drug.
