SCI收录我国食品科技类文献的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of SCI-embodied Literatures on Food Science and Technology in China

摘要:

本文通过分析我国食品科技类文献被科学引文索引(SCI)的收录情况,从文献的发表时间、发表期刊、作者、单位、主题词分类、被引用情况等进行统计分析,了解目前我国食品科技研究的发展现状。结果表明,2000- 2007 年间我国食品科技领域被SCI 收录的论文共计2735 篇,在检索的90 多种期刊中,排名前10 的食品科技类期刊共收录了1571 篇论文,占总数的50% 以上,说明论文质量总体较高。论文发表主体集中在大学,主要方向为食品化学和农业科学。

Abstract:

Through the statistical analysis of publication time, source, author, address, subject and citation of Science Citation Index (SCI)-embodied literatures, the developing actuality of food science and technology in China was discussed. Results showed that total 2735 literatures on food science and technology in China were embodied by SCI during 2000—2007. Among them 1571 literatures, which occupied more than 50%, were published on the top 10 journals in nearly 100 searched ones, indicating that these published articles were at a high level as a whole. Moreover, these published literatures were mainly from the universities and the research fields focused on food chemistry and agricultural sciences.
