用血糖动态变化评价抗疲劳功能食品可行性的研究

摘要:  观察小鼠在不同运动负荷时血糖含量的变化规律,发现小鼠负重(体重3%)游泳70min后,肌糖原、肝糖原含量显著下降,血糖水平明显降低。通过对小鼠90min游泳期间这3项指标的动态观察、比较,探讨用“血糖”这一指标评价抗疲劳保健食品的可行性。结果表明,通过测定小鼠血糖安静值的负重(体重3%)游泳70min时血糖含量而得到的“血糖含量水平”、“血糖下降值”、“血糖下降速率”等结果,反映了机体在长时间运动中能源储备的变化情况,因而可以作为评价保健食品抗疲劳作用的一项指标。

Abstract:  Studies on the changing of blood sugar level in mice with different exercise load(3% of their weights) showed that loaded mice after swimming for 70 min, their musvle glycogen, liver glycogen ane blood sugar levels lowered significantly. Through 90 min dynamic observation and comparison of the above mentioned three indices, it was tried to find out the Possibility of evaluating the function of anti- fatigue by adopting the dynamic changes of blood Sugar level only. The results showed and the lowered value and the lowering rate of blood sugar at resting state and during 70 min swimming could reflect the situation of the storage of energy resources in the body. Accordingly, it could be suggested that the dynamic blood sugar estimaion could play as an "indicator" for cvaluaion of anti - fatigue healthy foods.
