石斛汁的研究

摘要: 利用铁皮石斛加工成保健饮料石斛汁,石料生物碱及粘多糖提取率达90%。经毒理试验,小鼠、大鼠急性经口毒性的半数致死量(LD50)雌雄两性均大于10g/kg体重,按急性毒性分级标准,该样品属实际无毒类;Ames试验,小鼠骨髓嗜多染细胞微核试验,小鼠精子畸形试验均为阴性。

Abstract: Dendrobium nobile was used to produce dendrobium nobilejuice.a health drink,the extraction rate ofafkaloid and mucopolysaccharide in dendrobium nobile can reach 90%.The conclusion oftoxicity test ofdendrobium nobile juice conducted is that:the half lethal dose (LD50) in acute toxicity test on mice and wister rats,male or female.is more than 10g/kg body weight.According to acute toxicity grading standard,the sample is classified as non-toxic;Amestest.mouse myeloid cell micronucleus test.mouse teratospermia test all show negative.
