大豆预防骨质疏松的实验研究

摘要: 以去卵巢大鼠为模型,研究大豆对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的预防作用。结果表明:大豆可以降低去卵巢大鼠血清ALP活性和尿HYP排出量,增加肠钙吸收,减少尿钙排出,从而增加钙吸收率和钙储留量。

Abstract: In order to study the preventive effects of soybean on osteoporosis of ovariectomized rats. The results show that ALP and HYP significantly decreasa in rats of Soy group compared with rats of Ovx group. In rats of Soy, the excretion from feces and urine significantly appears lower than that in rats of Ovx group, apparent absorption of calcium and calcium retention significantly higher than that in rats of Ovx group.
