摘要： 酶解海带提取液经倍比稀释、调兑成含海带多糖分别为0.8、0．4、0.2、0.1mg／ml的系列饮料A、B、C、D。小鼠用四种饮料灌胃，发现饮料B、C明显提高正常小鼠碳粒廓清实验吞噬指数，促进正常和荷S-180肿瘤小鼠Pφs的吞噬中性红能力和过氧化物酶活性；显著抑制S-180移植肿瘤生长，抑制率分别为44.1％和37．7％（P均＜0．05）

Abstract: Water extract fron enzymolyzed kelp was diluted and made up to four kinds of drinks signed as A,B,C,D whichcontained 0.8,0.4,0.2,0.1mg/ml laminarin respectively The mice were administered intragastrically with the drinks.By thedrink B and C.the phagocytosis of mice P φs were activated significantly and the peroxidase activity of the P φ s wasstimulated.The S-180 transplanted tumor was also significantly inhibited by the drink B and C (44. 1% and 37.7%,p<0.05).
