摘要: 具体分析讨论了食品中各类杂质的来源,提出了行之有效的防范措施与对策,指出只有完善的设施和严格的规章制度以及经常性的职工教育,才能防止杂质污染食品。

Abstract: The sources of all kinds of impurities were analyzed in detail and the effective preventive methods and counter measures were put forward in this article.It was pointed out that only by means of well provided facilities, strict rules and regulations,and constant employees’ training , the impurities contamination could be prevented from polluting food.
