摘要: 采用原子吸收光谱仪,对功夫红茶和信阳毛尖两种茶叶及其浸出物中铁、锌、钙、锰、铜镍六种元素的含量进行了测定,结果表明,茶叶中含有较为丰富的微量元素,不同种类的茶叶中所含的微量元素有一定的差异,而其浸出物因浸泡时间及水温不同,所含微量元素也有差别。实验中采用测定回收率和管理样的办法,保证了所测数据的准确性。

Abstract: The contents of Ca,Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu,Ni in Gougfu Red Tea and Maojian Green Tea had been analyzed with atomic absorption spectrophotometer in this paper.Meanwhile,the concentration changes of these elements in infusing water of these two teas with different time and water temperatures had been researched.The maximum concentration in infusing water of different elements corresponded with different conditions of infusion.
