铁(Ⅲ)——PAN-S体系分光光度法测定抗坏血酸

摘要: 基于抗坏血酸还原Fe(?)-1-(2-吡定偶氮)-2-萘酚-6-磺酸犤简写为Fe(Ⅲ)-PAN-S犦为Fe(Ⅱ)-PAN-S,建立了分光光度法测定水果中抗坏血酸的方法。在pH4.5的HAc--NaAc缓冲溶液中,Fe(Ⅱ)-PAN-S络合物的最大吸收峰位于549nm和748nm处。在748nm处,抗坏血酸含量在0-100μg/25ml)范围内符合比耳定律,方法操作简便,选择性较高,可用于水果中抗坏血酸的测定。

Abstract: As ascorbic acid can rdeuce Fe(Ⅲ)-PAN-S to Fe(Ⅱ)-PAN-S.We used spectriphotmetic method to detiermine ascorbic acid of the fruits in this paper.Fe(Ⅱ)-PAN-S comple has main high peaks at 549nm and 748nm in HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH=4.5.At 748nm,the content of ascorbic acid (in 0-100μg/25ml)is just in accordance with Beer’s law.It is very convenience and has high selection using this method,especially for the determination of ascorbic acid of the fruits.
