酪蛋白磷酸肽促进人体钙吸收的作用研究

摘要: 报道了酪蛋白磷酸肽(CPP)对人体钙吸收的影响。人体实验结果表明:实验组口服含CPP的钙片后,24h尿钙均值达765.8+234.2mg,比相应对照组的639.8+253.8mg尿钙浓度提高近19.7%。二者差异显著(P<0.05)。说明酪蛋白磷酸肽能显著促进人体胃肠道对食用钙的吸收。

Abstract: The effect of CPP on the absorption of calcium in human body Was studied. The results of the test showed that there was a significant increase in urinary calcium of group test (with CPP) than the contros group (without CPP). The enhancement of urinary calcium was 19.7%. It indicated that CPP could raise the absorption of calcium in human body.
