摘要: 介绍了以枳椇子,葛杨等中草药为主要原料,研制开发出一种全天然解酒保健饮料,优选出饮料的最佳配方,并对饮料的解酒功能进行了动物实验。

Abstract: The processing technology for both herbal medicinal and edible antialcoholism functional drink with Hovenia dulci Thunb and Pueraria lobata (Willd) chwias the main raw meterials was introduced in the paper.Selecting the optimum recipe and making animal experiments for antialcoholism function of drink were reborted in the experiment.
