人参总皂甙的耐缺氧效应机理研究

摘要: 从人参中提取有效成份人参总皂甙(TSPG),测定它对小白鼠密闭缺氧存活时间、血红蛋白含量、小白鼠不同组织中乳酸含量以及L-乳酸脱氢酶活性的影响,分析其耐缺氧效应,为预防或降低高原反应发生率,提高高原部队的战斗力提供科学依据。结果表明:人参总皂甙可以显著延长小鼠的密闭缺氧存活时间,其中以25mg/kg.d剂量效果最好,平均存活时间比对照组延长35.7%。TSPG明显促进小鼠血红蛋白的合成;增加脑、心、肝和肌肉中L-乳酸脱氢酶的活性,减少组织中因缺氧糖酵解造成的乳酸积累。

Abstract: The mice were administered the various doses of Total Saponins of Panax Ginseng(TSPG) for 7 days and exposedto the normobaric hypoxia. The results showed that TSPG significantly prolonged the survival time in mice. The meansurvival time of the mice with the optimum dose 25mg/kg.d was (35.00±3.88)min. It was longer than the control groupby 35.7%. TSPG could raise the contents of hemoglobin(Hb) in the plasma of the mice, decrease the contents of lactic acidin the brain, heart, liver and improve the activity of lactate dehydrogenase in these tissue.
