摘要: 建立了一个顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱法检测食用油中正己烷,以大豆油模拟基质制作标准曲线。在0.50~150mg/kg范围内响应值与正己烷浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9991。精密度良好。

Abstract: Solid phase microextraction was used to extraction haxene in edible oils. Soybean oil was used as simulated matrixto make calibration curves, which were linear in the range of 0.5~150mg/kg. The RSD was less than 6.2.
