抗龋齿蛋黄抗体的制备及功能性研究

摘要: 本论文系统地研究了抗龋齿蛋黄抗体的制备方法,并对其功能性进行了实验。实验结果显示经变异链球菌免疫后可得到高活性蛋黄抗体。体外模拟实验表明经变异链球菌免疫的蛋黄抗体确实具有抗牙菌斑形成的能力,从而具备防龋齿的功效。

Abstract: In this paper,after immunization of hen with Streptococcus mutans, the isolation and determination of yolk antibodywere studied systematically. The high activity of yolk antibody was obtained after chicken immunization. Preimmune chickenyolk antibody against S. mutans was shown anti-plaque activity in vivo. The result indicated that yolk antibody against S. mutansmight have a protective effect against dental caries caused by S. mutans.
