核桃青皮对S180实体瘤的作用研究

摘要: 目的 考察核桃青皮的体内抗肿瘤作用。方法 采用荷瘤鼠实验测定核桃青皮有效组分对S180实体瘤的抑制率,试剂盒测定注射核桃青皮有小组分对荷瘤鼠血浆中SOD和MDA含量的影响。结果 核桃青皮对S180实体瘤的抑制率为46.7%,能明显降低荷瘤鼠血浆中MDA的含量,提高SOD的含量。结论 核桃青皮可明显抑制S180实体瘤的生长。

Abstract: Object To study the effect of Juglaas mandshurica on S180 cell. Methods The inoculating trial on S180 entity tumorin vivo administrated by hypodermic injection on mouse, the high-dose group can decrease the weight of tumor to 46.71%, at thesame time, the contents of MDA and SOD in mice serum were measured. Results: The high-dose group can decrease the weightof tumor to 46.71%.k, compared with the mice which had not been injected the effective components of Juglaas mandshurica,the results showed the content of MDA in the serum was reduced significantly, but the SOD content was raised. ConclusionJuglaas mandshurica has the inhibition of S180 tumor cells.
