蚕虫草与有关虫草活性成分检测比较

Assay and Comparison of the Effective Compositions Produced in Cordyceps Militaris (Bombyx Mori)

摘要: 通过测定蚕虫草、蚕蛹草和冬虫夏草的腺苷、虫草素、虫草多糖和虫草酸,发现以家蚕为寄主的蚕虫草,虫草素的含量高达12.59mg/g,是同一菌种蚕蛹草的4.45倍,同时虫草多糖是蚕蛹草的2.68倍;与冬虫夏草相比,除虫草素是其数百倍外,腺苷也高达4倍之多,是一种很有开发前景的虫草新资源。

Abstract: By assaying adenosine, cordycepin, polysaccharide, and cordyceps acid in Cordyceps militaris (Bombyx mori),Cordyceps militaris(pupa), and Cordyceps sinensis, the results showed that cordycepin production of 12.59mg/g in Cordycepsmilitaris (Bombyx mori) was 4.45-fold of that synthesized in Cordyceps militaris (pupa), while polysaccharide production wasalso 2.68-fold of that in Cordyceps militaris (pupa). Comparing with the Cordyceps sinensis, Cordyceps militaris (Bombyx mori)could produce 4-fold more of adenosine besides several hundred folds of cordycepin. Taking together, Cordyceps militaris (Bombyxmori) would be a new resource of medcine with good development potential.
