摘要: 以干海参为原料,采用优化后的溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAB)法提取其线粒体,通过A260/A280值、琼脂糖凝胶电泳和PCR检测,对所得线粒体溶液进行定量,定性分析和综合比较,为干海参的分子生物学研究提供了一套迅速、经济和可靠的技术方案。

Abstract: The mitochondria of dried sea cucumbers extracted with optimized CTAB method. The quantitative and qualitative analyses through the calculation of A260/A280. Agarose gel electrophoresis and PCR were carried out. The results showed that comparing with other methods, the traditional CTAB method would give quicker and more, economical and dependable results.
