摘要: 全面综述了国内外利用原子力显微镜对多糖及其衍生物所开展的研究,简单说明了原子力显微镜的基本原理及应用中存在的问题。

Abstract: Most of researches on polysaccharides and derivant by using atomic force microscope home and abroad were reviewed. The basic principle of atomic force microscope and the problems in application were also reviewed briefly.
