摘要: 多不饱和脂肪酸是一种重要的营养物质,是所有细胞膜的重要成分,具有重要的生理功能,人们越来越关注多不饱和脂肪酸的研究与应用。本文着重论述了多不饱和脂肪酸的营养功能和其调控基因表达的分子机制。

Abstract:  Polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) is a kind of important nutriments which are the important cell membrane components and have important physiological functions. So the research and application of PUFA have been studied more and more. This article dissertated the nutritional functions of PUFA and the mechanism of PUFA regulating the expressions of gene.
