摘要:  糖尿病严重威胁着人类的健康,寻找新的降血糖功能因子成为当今研究的热点。本文综述了降血糖功能因子的种类(包括天然产物、矿物质和维生素等),并阐述了它们降血糖活性的作用机制,以及动物和临床的实验研究,为开发降血糖功能性食品和研制治疗糖尿病的新药提供新的思路和原料依据。

Abstract:  Nowadays diabetes mellitus is one of severe diseases threatening human health. Thus it is becoming a focus in medical research to seek for new hypoglycemic functional factors. This article reviews the sorts of the functional factors, including natural products, minerals and vitamin. It explains the mechanism of factors on diabetes mellitus and puts forth a new prospect of developing functional food and medicine according to the animal and clinical experiments.
