香菇多糖对离体骨骼肌疲劳的影响

摘要: 采用脉冲式电流刺激蟾蜍离体腓肠肌作为疲劳模型,研究香菇多糖对离体骨骼肌疲劳的影响。结果表明:较低浓度(0.03%、0.09%、0.27%)的香菇粗多糖可以延长收缩幅度下降到最大收缩幅度90%、50%和10%的时间(p<0.05)。较高浓度的香菇多糖(0.81%)可以缩短收缩幅度下降到最大收缩幅度90%和50%的时间(p<0.05)。适宜浓度的香菇粗多糖对离体骨骼肌的疲劳具有延缓作用。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of lentinan on isolated skeletal muscular fatigue,we stimulated the isolated toad gastrocnemius by pulse electric curent. The results showed that: the lentinan at concentration of 0.03% ,0.09%,0.27% can prolong the time of contraction amplitude decreasing to 90%,50% and 10% of the max contraction amplitude (p<0.05). The lentinan at concentration of 0.81% can shorten the time of contraction amplitude decreasing to 50% and 10% of the max contraction amplitude (p<0.05). So the conclusion is that the proper concentration of lentinan has the effect of antifatigue.
