酸浆果实中多糖的提取及含量测定

摘要: 从酸浆果实中分离提取出了多糖,并应用分光光度法对酸浆果实中的多糖含量进行了测定。经蒽酮—硫酸显色,于580nm处测定,其多糖的含量为5.22%,RSD=1.35%(n=3)。研究结果表明,此测定方法简便,样品溶液在4h内显色稳定,重现性较好,平均回收率为98.9%+1.40%,RSD=1.42%(n=3)。

Abstract: Polysaccharides from fruit of Physalis was isolated and determined by spectrophotometry. The content of polysaccharide measured by anthrone-H2SO4 colorimetry under 580nm, was 5.22% with 1.35% of RSD (n=3).The results showed that the method used in this paper was simple, and the colour of the treated samples was stable in 4h, while the average recovery value for the polysaccharide measured was 98.9%+1.40% with 1.42% of RSD(n=3).
