摘要: 本文采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶薄层垂直平板电泳技术检测“紫花”芒果蛋白,将考马斯亮蓝染色与水浴或微波处理相结合,建立快速蛋白组分检测方法。该法可以有效地缩短分析所需时间。

Abstract: A new method of rapid staining technique of protein in polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis is introduced in this paper. Hours for staining and elution by Coomassie Brilliant Blue are shortened by this technique. It concludes that water bath or microwave can enhance the effect of staining and decoloration.
