食品安全检测的溯源性研究

摘要: 本文从溯源性的概念出发,描述了食品安全检测溯源体系的形式与作用,探讨了如何保证食品安全检测结果的准确性和有效性。食品安全检测结果的有效性来自于检测结果的可靠性;结果的可靠来自于可比性;结果的可比性来自于食品安全检测的可溯源性。就一国而论,所有的检测结果都应溯源于国家基准(或标准);就世界而论,则应溯源于国际基准(或标准)或相应的约定标准。

Abstract: This paper started from the concept of traceability and studied the system of food safe examination traceability and its function to inquire into the accuracy and efficacy that food safety examination could result with reliability. Food safe examination result validity comes result reliability. The result comes reliably from the commensurability. The result commensurability comes from in the food safe examination may trace to the source. Speaking of a country, all examination result all should trace to the source in the national datum (or standard); Speaking of world, then should trace to the source in the international datum (either standard) or the corresponding agreement standard.
