木奶果根、叶、果实中挥发油化学成分的对比研究

摘要: 首次采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从大戟科木奶果根、叶和果实中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱对挥发油化学成分进行分析。木奶果根中提取的挥发油分离出37个峰,鉴定出34种化合物,占总油量的98.46%,木奶果叶的挥发油与木奶果根中相同的有10种,占相对含量的76.66%。木奶果果实的挥发油与木奶果根中相同的有7种,占相对含量的69.82%。本研究结果为木奶果根、叶和果实的综合开发利用提供理论依据。

Abstract: The essential oils from Baccaurea ramiflora Lour. root, leaf and fruit were extracted and their chemical constituents were analyzed by GC-MS for the first time. Totally 37 compounds in the Baccaurea ramiflora Lour. root essential oils were extracted and 34 of them were identified, which accounted for over 98.46% of the essential oils. The results showed that 10 compounds of essential oils from leaves and roots of Baccaurea ramiflora Lour. are the same, whose relative contents are 76.66%. 7 compounds of essential oils from fruits and roots of Baccaurea ramiflora Lour. are the same, whose relative contents are 69.82%. The study offers theoretic base for utilization of Baccaurea ramiflora Lour root, leaf and root.
