摘要: 建立大米粉中锌含量测定结果的不确定度评定,分析了大米粉中锌含量测定过程中供试品重复性测量、供试品稀释体积,供试品称重和供试品锌浓度测量等因素对大米粉中锌含量测定的不确定度的影响。扩展不确定度U95为2.5mg/kg,覆盖因子k=2。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty of the zinc content determaination of the rice. The influencing factors on the uncertainty in the procedure of the content determination were evaluated, including repeatability of results of measurements, the dilated volume of sample, the weight of sample, the measurement for concertration of zinc by standard curve. The expanded uncertainty U95 was 2.5 mg/kg, the coverage factor was 2. The evaluation is reliable.
