穿心莲内酯在超临界CO2中的溶解度研究

Solubilities of Andrographolide in Supercritical CO2

摘要: 采用差重法测定了穿心莲内酯在超临界CO2中的溶解度,并利用化学缔合模型对实验数据进行关联计算。实验结果表明:穿心莲内酯在超临界CO2中的溶解度随着压力的增加而增大,随着温度的增加而减小,并符合经典的Chrastil表达式。

Abstract: Solubility differences were used method to determine andrographolide in supercritical CO2 with chemical association model to correlate the experimental data.The results showed that the solubility of andrographolide in supercritical CO2 increases as pressure increases and decreases as the temperature rises.Such changes of solubilities obey the classical Chrastil model.
