原生质体电融合选育米曲霉新菌株的研究

摘要: 本实验对米曲霉AS3.951和CICC2339的原生质体进行紫外灭活,然后对灭活双亲用CRY-3型细胞电融合仪进行原生质体电融合。通过筛选得到EF113和EF222两株融合株,其酶活力分别达到了7680U/g和7200U/g,远高于酶活低的亲本菌株AS3.951。

Abstract: This experiment inactivated protoplast of Aspergillus oryzae AS3.951 and CICC2339 with ultraviolet.Then the inactivated protoplast were fused with electro fusion.At last,two fused strains are screened namely EF113 and EF 222.Both of them shows high activity reaching 7680U/g and 7200U/g respectively,much higher than parent strain AS3.951.
