摘要: 本研究分别用PVA(聚乙烯醇)冷冻法和PVA-H3BO3交联法制备固定化细胞载体进行发酵酒精,结果表明:PVA冷冻法制备的载体多次发酵时性能稳定,酒精含量最高可达8.37%,实现了重复利用,大大降低了生产成本;PVA-H3BO3交联法制备的载体单批次发酵效果较好,酒精含量为8.26%,残糖为0.18%,但多次发酵载体变形严重,不适宜重复利用。

Abstract: This paper carried on ethanol fermentation by immobilized cell with PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) carrier by either freezing or crosslinking with H3BO3. The results showed that the carrier prepared by freezing method owns stable capability when carried through numerous fermentation and the highest ethanol concentration can achieve 8.37%, realizing re-fermentation and cost reduction greatly. The carrier prepared by crosslinking with H3BO3 has better effect on one batch fermentation, while the ethanol concentration can achieve 8.26%, with residue sugar 0.18%, but the carrier becomes metamorphosed seriously, so it is not suitable for re-fermentation.
