摘要: 通过测定国产水晶富士和美国产伽利果两种苹果果汁的电导率和pH,以及其中K、Zn、Cu、Ca、Mn五种矿质元素的含量,比较了水晶富士和伽利果的品质。通过特征变量的选择,在电导率、pH、c(K)、c(Zn)、c(Cu)、c(Ca)、c(Mn)等七个变量中分别选择了二个、三个或五个变量进行Fisher判别分析,对样品集中40个样品的正确判别率分别为87.5%、100%、100%。

Abstract: The conductivity, pH and content of five mineral elements, namely K, Zn, Cu, Ca and Mn, were determined in apple samples, involving two kinds, homebred Fuji and imported Gala. The quality of these two kinds of apple was respectively compared. Two, three or five variables were chosen to make Fisher discriminance from the seven variables with the rate of correct discrimination as 87.5%, 100%, 100% in the 40 samples, respectively.
